Refund/Exchange Policy

My desire is that your are pleased with your purchase and it meets your expectations.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 10 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange (excludes custom orders), less the shipping charges.

 

Please contact me prior to sending back the return/exchange.  Return shipping fees will be the buyer's responsibility and must be sent using a carrier that provides tracking information.  If the return package is lost I will not be able to issue a refund.

 

Returned items need to be in the same condition in which it was shipped.

 

In-stock items: I will refund 100% of your purchase (less shipping costs) if the item is returned within 10 days from the date received.

 

Custom orders: Since these are custom made they cannot be returned or refunded.  Contact me to discuss.

Shipping Policy

Items will ship with the United States Postal Service using their Priority Mail service.  The cost is $5.75 and includes tracking and insurance.  Items will deliver within the United States in 1-3 business days.  You will receive an email with tracking number for your shipment.

 

Please contact me for international shipping orders or to discuss alternative shipping methods if you wish to receive your package sooner.  For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees.
