Jewelry artisit Michelle Trucco Flynn was born and rasied in San Mateo, California. Her jewelry-making career started as a child when she would create rings and necklaces from colorful wire and found objects.  During her high school years she continued to design and sell necklaces and earrings to not only her classmates but at local art fairs as well.  In 1998, Michelle attended the Revere Academy of Jewelry arts for her first fabricaion class, and it was the beginnning of the path to the career she always wanted.

She says, "My design techniques reflect my artist's hand in each handmade piece.  I solder, hammer, texturize, polish and polish again.  The textures and hammer marks, the handmade bails and ear wires, reinforce the union of metal and pearl and reflect the subtle differences of each piece."
